FreshKeep™ Wine Saver Technology

Mechanism of Anti-Oxidation:

FreshKeep™  technology lets you open a bottle of wine in a nitrogen-filled environment. The wine does not come into contact with the air until it is poured into a glass, so the last drop tastes as good as the first.

Dr. Ronald Jackson, a recognized professional on wine science, states:

“While the rate of acetaldehyde production depends on many factors, (such as the wine’s temperature and pH), the duration of exposure to air, and the amount of surface contact with air are particularly important in the short-term oxidation which follows opening and pouring…. Therefore, to reduce the rate of oxidation after a bottle is opened, it is crucial to minimize contact between the wine and air.”

how to set up

1.
Remove cork with Changer

Attach the device on the top of the bottle and exchange cork for plug in a nitrogen-filled environment.

2.
Insert bottle into a slot in the machine

Turn bottle upside-down and insert into an available slot.
(Wine can be stored longer in this state.)

3.
Dispense wine into shooter

Moving the lever up, wine is poured into shooter instead of nitrogen entering the bottle.

4.
From shooter to glass

Moving the lever down, wine is poured directly into the glass. This is the first time the wine is exposed to air.
